Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan while checking on their wellbeing. Engage residents and communicate any changes in condition or Care Plan. Collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals. Requires a state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse, one year of experience in assisted living or long-term care, and a graduate of a state-approved nursing school. Salary range is USD $32.75 - USD $39.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of a state approved school of nursing
- A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment
