Job Summary
Conduct wound care, medication management, and hands-on nursing services for senior residents. Perform daily assessments including fall risk, skin, pain, and Fast Scale evaluations. Coordinate resident care plans with families, physicians, and staff while auditing eMARS and medication carts. Communicate care plan changes and participate in training new care staff. Work flexible PM shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm as part of a team supported by caregivers and a Health Services Director.
Required Qualifications
- RN/ LPN License that is active and in good standing
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
- PM - 2pm to 1030pm
