Job Summary
Lead daily fitness department operations by supervising staff, developing wellness programming, teaching group exercise classes, and providing personalized fitness guidance to residents. Create a welcoming environment that promotes healthy, active lifestyles while supporting community-wide wellness initiatives and special events. Maintain a safe, professional fitness space with strong communication and leadership skills. Requires 5+ years of fitness experience, supervisory background, and relevant certifications including CPR.
