Job Summary
Lead the implementation and launch of new wellness solutions, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful go-live execution. Partner with Product, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and external vendors to develop scalable implementation and support models. Create and execute enablement strategies, training programs, and sales support materials that help teams confidently position and activate wellness offerings. Own adoption and utilization performance, establishing metrics and monitoring engagement trends across the wellness portfolio. Analyze customer, client, and business performance data to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for increased engagement. Continuously evolve customer communications, engagement campaigns, onboarding experiences, and key touchpoints to improve utilization and reduce friction. Lead post-launch optimization efforts, translating customer feedback, partner input, and performance insights into actionable enhancements. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing program performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ Years experience in relationship management or implementation that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to communicate knowledgeable and credibly with senior management and internal constituents
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Hybrid : Employee will work 3 days a week in a Lincoln office
