Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA)

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care by providing direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care. Maintain current CPR certification and, if responsible for transporting a resident, hold a valid state driver's license with proof of automobile liability insurance.
