Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across all levels of care by providing direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to supervisors to support proactive and personalized care. Maintain current CPR certification or obtain it within three months of employment, and hold a valid state driver's license with liability insurance if transporting residents. Next day pay is available through the PayActiv benefit.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
- Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
- Valid state driver's license
- Proof of current automobile liability insurance
