Job Summary
Welness Guide needed to manage front desk, retail boutique, and guest experience at Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique in Columbus. You’ll read and confirm daily appointments, set up for special client needs, manage equipment at opening/closing, maintain a clean workspace, stock beverages and snacks, arrange retail displays, assist with laundry and treatment-room upkeep, provide tours and beverages, and help promote spa promotions. The role requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products. Training is provided, with benefits and opportunities for advancement; compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus commissions and gratuities. This is a W2, in-person, full-time position with weekend shifts and potential growth within a supportive leadership environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred (will consider some high school/college applicants)
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- Able to work 8-hour shifts
- Able to be on feet for duration of shift
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Availability for at least one weekend shift per week
- Willing to learn new techniques through paid training
- Able to perform multiple roles in reception, retail, and concierge services
- Team player with positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and personable
