Job Summary
Develop a monthly calendar of life enrichment activities and set up events while providing resident oversight. Order activity supplies, supervise a team of life enrichment assistants, and operate within the department budget. Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies. This role supports the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents at Edgewood Walker, a 49-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community offering senior living solutions across seven states in the Midwest.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field
- Prior experience in activities or recreation programming
