Job Summary
Wellness & Enrichment Assistant for Edgewood’s facility in Baxter, MN. Responsibilities include planning and running on-site and off-site life enrichment activities, determining supply needs, setting up activities, encouraging resident participation, and providing resident supervision to ensure safety. Must follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Role is part-time with day shift, training provided, and benefits such as PTO accrual from day 1 and a 401K with employer contribution. Prior experience in activities or recreation programming is desired; candidate should have passion for helping others and a willingness to train new employees.
