Job Summary
Lead engaging studio tours, deliver personalized sales experiences, and educate clients on therapies and safety guidelines. Develop customized wellness plans, guide clients through onboarding, and manage inbound communications and scheduling. Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets while conducting proactive outreach for promotions and events. Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow, high standards of cleanliness, and hospitality. Weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in customer service
- 1+ year in sales
