Job Summary
Oversee clinical resident care services in an assisted living/memory care setting; lead the wellness team and coordinate care across evaluations, plans, and conferences; ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to 1440 care standards; drive revenue and staffing alignment to deliver right care at the right price; manage admissions/evaluations and collaboration with external partners; market wellness within the community and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff; provide on-call coverage and support continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
- Proven high performer
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve
