Job Summary
Lead on-site Wellness Director/Director of Nursing program in a Civitas Senior Living community. Responsibilities include maintaining and inspiring a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching; performing comprehensive resident assessments and coordinating individualized care plans; liaising with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals; leading quality assurance activities, updating physician order sheets, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols; overseeing medication management, audits, incident reporting, and investigations; assisting with emergency evacuations; and performing other duties aligned with the mission of delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. Requires active Colorado RN/LPN/LVN license and a minimum of 2 years in a related senior-care leadership role. Required Qualifications
- Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent in senior care
