Wellness Director (RN or LPN)

Directs resident services in assisted living and memory care communities; supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff; administer medications per state guidelines; perform assessments to determine resident needs and create appropriate care plans; manage department within budget; conduct Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory compliance; act as liaison for resident care issues with families and physicians; provide training and orientation to staff; support hospitality, leasing, and sales processes; may drive company vehicle as needed; weekends required; must possess RN or LPN licensure and have experience in direct patient care, staff management, and coordinating educational events.
