Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct the Resident Care Department to ensure consistent, quality resident care; develop and review resident service plans; complete evaluations; review medical history and documentation; assist in interviewing and supervising resident care staff; oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and audits; provide ongoing training; maintain resident charts; coordinate physician visits and communications among doctors, residents, families, and facilities; conduct monthly clinical records, medications, and equipment audits with reporting to the Executive Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or comparable experience is preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience is required
- AHA CPR Certification is required (within 60 days of hire)
- First Aid Certification is required (within 60 days of hire)
