Job Summary
Wellness Director position at Fox Ridge NLR (North Little Rock, AR) within AgeWell Solvere Living. Responsible for administration of nursing services, directing and coordinating professional and auxiliary nursing staff, interpreting policy to ensure regulatory compliance, and overseeing quality resident care. Duties include analysis of nursing services, coordination of medication delivery, staff training, move-in wellness reviews, Resident Service Plan development, ongoing wellness plan reviews with residents and families, scheduling, and regular reporting to management. Requires RN or LPN/LVN licensure in Arkansas and a minimum combination of nursing experience in home healthcare or community health settings as specified; strong emphasis on senior care, regulatory compliance, infection control, and collaboration with families and external healthcare agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensed to practice in the State with either of the following:
- A baccalaureate degree in nursing and a minimum of two (2) years of full time, or the equivalent of full-time, clinical experience in nursing, at least one year of which shall be in a home healthcare agency or Community health program that included care of the sick at home; or
- A diploma or associates degree in nursing and at least four (4) years of full-time, or the equivalent of full-time, clinical experience in nursing within the past ten (10) years, at least (1) year of which shall be in a home healthcare agency or Community health program that included care of the sick at home.
- Experience and passion in working with seniors.
