Wellness Director (LSSL)

Lead a team as Wellness Director/Director of Nursing at Civitas Senior Living in Dripping Springs, TX. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching a full team; performing comprehensive resident assessments; coordinating individualized care plans; liaising with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals; leading staff meetings; managing medication and quality assurance processes; completing audits, incident reporting, investigations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols; assisting in emergency evacuation; and other duties aligned with the mission and vision. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent role, with an active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state, and strong customer service and hospitality skills.
