Wellness Director - LPN License

Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to ensure residents receive excellent physical and psychosocial care promoting dignity and individuality. Monitor and assure quality in medication management, service provision, documentation, and physician order follow-through. Direct and supervise the medication program, including administration, while maintaining resident charts for compliance and coordinating interdisciplinary service plan meetings. Hire, supervise, motivate, and evaluate wellness associates; plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure 24/7 coverage. Serve as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, and community organizations. Conduct pre-occupancy and ongoing care evaluations, coordinate move-ins, and investigate resident incidents to maintain safety. Submit budget information and keep expenses within approved guidelines. Conduct associate orientation and provide in-service training while monitoring staff proficiency.
