Wellness Director

Wellness Director leads and coordinates the clinical team to deliver resident care services, ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, and foster meaningful connections with residents and staff in a senior-living community. The role oversees admissions-related evaluations, care planning, and coordination of care conferences, while aligning with 1440 care standards. Key responsibilities include managing the care team, communicating a clear vision to staff and residents, maintaining regulatory compliance, building partnerships with external stakeholders, and supporting wellness marketing in collaboration with the Executive Director and Sales Team. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care settings, and ability to manage revenue and financials. Availability for a flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, and holidays is required.
