Job Summary
Lead a care team as Wellness Director/Director of Nursing in a senior living community. Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, ensure medication management and regulatory compliance, and drive quality assurance. Oversee staff recruitment, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching; conduct audits; manage incidents and investigations; liaise with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals. Responsible for emergency response and ensuring resident-centered care aligned with mission and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years as Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent
- Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the state
- Stellar customer service and hospitality skills
