Job Summary
Assure implementation of policies and procedures for resident care and oversee all health-related services. Manage, coordinate, and direct activities in accordance with state and federal regulations alongside community policies. Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals, including residents' providers. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. This role supports quality care at Marquis Place of Elkhorn, a Sonida Senior Living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or Registered Nurse
- minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position
- A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience
