Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Wellness Director/Director of Nursing with LPN or RN License for Beach House, requiring two years of experience in senior housing and strong leadership skills to oversee the Wellness Department and ensure excellent care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an LPN or RN License
- Minimum of two years experience in senior housing
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing preferred
- Minimum certification to administer medications
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an Assisted Living setting
- Dementia care experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Additional Requirements
- Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
- Lifting, bending, and pushing medication cart about residence is required
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
