Wellness Director

Oversee all health and wellness services for residents, ensuring compliance with Assisted Living License regulations. Supervise nursing and direct care staff by managing hiring, training, and evaluations, while performing resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight. Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes, and maintain resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals. Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone or on-call rotation. Requires an active LVN/LPN license in Texas, at least two years of experience, and experience leading a care team. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with on-call requirements and occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
