Wellness Dietitian

Job Summary
Assess the nutrition status of clients and recommend nutrition plans based on individual goals and concerns; provide nutrition care planning via in-person or telehealth modalities; lead and participate in wellness program development, instruction, and evaluation; develop nutrition-related communications and marketing materials to maximize program engagement; document outcomes and participate in quality/safety initiatives within a hospital-based wellness context. Demonstrates effective communication with patients, physicians, family members and colleagues to support a customer-service focus and professional standards; collaborates with internal departments and external clients to promote health and wellness through nutrition programs.
Required Qualifications
- RD - Registered Dietitian (CDR)
- License Dietitian, State Licensure - Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- License from the Dietitians program of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
