Job Summary
Lead and facilitate wellness classes including yoga, meditation, sound baths, and guided landscape tours while hosting guests throughout the day. Curate bespoke itineraries, design multi-day programmes, and deliver tea rituals and signature experiences tailored to individual needs. Act as the in-house specialist for wellness technologies and the Mineral Pool, educating guests on benefits and supporting team training. Promote spa treatments and wellness programmes to drive revenue, manage seasonal residency programmes, and deliver weekly staff wellness sessions. Maintain high operational standards, ensure equipment functionality, and adhere to health and safety protocols in this luxury Relais & Châteaux property.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised Yoga Teacher qualification (minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance or equivalent)
- Qualification or certification in Meditation and/or Mindfulness instruction
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience delivering wellness programmes within a luxury hotel, spa, retreat, resort or wellness centre
- Experience facilitating both individual and group wellness sessions
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with fluent spoken and written English
