Job Summary
Supervise assigned Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care and promote wellness while providing direct care services as needed. Support community policies, programs, and infection control guidelines in conjunction with the Wellness Director, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Recognize, report, and take immediate action to minimize resident and staff safety risks, tracking incidents according to community policy and laws. Participate in staff meetings, recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluations, while maintaining valid licenses and monitoring medication associate compliance. Requires one year of assisted living or healthcare experience, with LVN and supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care
- Maintains valid licenses/certifications as required by state and/or federal regulatory bodies
Desired Qualifications
- LVN preferred
- Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred
