Job Summary
The Wellness Coordinator role provides administrative and resident care support within an assisted living community, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, coordinating staffing and care-related tasks, handling office duties, supporting onboarding, maintaining resident records, and participating in care meetings and on-call staffing rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role within a CBRF/RCAC setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and willing to learn new technology platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Current or ability to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications including Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, First Aid, and others as required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
