Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator leading wellness staff and providing direct resident care as needed, ensuring quality resident care and wellness promotion. Works with the Wellness Director to ensure compliance with community policies and regulatory requirements, participates in staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations, maintains licenses/certifications, enforces infection control guidelines, and supports ongoing leadership and management development for the team.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care
- Current license/certification as required by state and/or federal regulatory bodies
