Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator at Hydration Room provides front-line, high-touch service in a boutique wellness clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, check in and verify paperwork, assist the RN, schedule appointments, process payments, manage phones, monitor supplies, promote service packages, and maintain client confidentiality and a clean, safe environment. The role emphasizes polished communication, high-end customer service, and collaboration with clinical staff, with responsibilities including administrative tasks, inventory checks, and training support, all while delivering Five Star customer service across 8:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule and at least one weekend shift per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
