Job Summary
Check in patients, verify paperwork, and process payments while offering refreshments and answering calls. Partner with the Registered Nurse to open and close the clinic, manage phone logs, and maintain inventory of nursing supplies. Perform basic administrative tasks, document missed calls, and ensure the facility remains clean and safe. Promote service packages and assist in training new staff members. Work 2-3 shifts weekly across Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Encinitas, with at least one weekend shift required. Earn $21.00 hourly plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- Schedule flexibility between 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Availability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week
- Commitment to work at all listed locations
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while supporting patients, answering calls, and completing work on a computer
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time if needed
- Must be able to traverse the entire facility
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality
