Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator at Hydration Room (Part-Time) supporting the RN in patient care, clinic opening/closing, front-desk duties, scheduling, payments, and high-touch service across Porter Ranch, North Hollywood, Studio City, and Woodland Hills clinics. Responsibilities include assisting the RN, managing phones and communications, coordinating patient care, maintaining supplies, promoting service packages, maintaining patient confidentiality, ensuring a clean, safe environment, training new staff, and delivering five-star customer service within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in a high-volume patient/customer service role, 1+ year in premium hospitality (preferred), and availability for weekend shifts at all listed locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality - preferred
- Availability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week
- Commitment to work at all listed locations
