Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator responsible for welcoming patients, checking in, managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and supporting the RN in a fast-paced clinic. Duties include managing phones, coordinating supplies, promoting service packages, maintaining patient confidentiality, and delivering elevated, five-star service across multiple California clinic locations (Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Porter Ranch). Requires strong organization, professional communication, familiarity with POS/scheduling systems, and a willingness to work 2-4 shifts weekly with at least one weekend shift, while upholding the clinic’s standards and core values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality (preferred)
- Availability to work 2-4 shifts per week and at least one weekend shift
- Commitment to work at all listed locations
