Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator needed for Hydration Room to deliver high-touch patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. You’ll partner with the RN to welcome patients, verify paperwork, check in, schedule appointments, answer and route calls, process payments, assist with inventory and supplies, and help promote service packages while maintaining confidentiality and a clean, respectful environment. Requires strong organizational skills, customer service experience in premium hospitality, and the ability to work 2-3 shifts per week with at least one weekend shift. Multi-location coverage includes Burlingame, Cow Hollow (San Francisco), and Mill Valley clinics in California.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality - preferred
