Job Summary
Part-time Wellness Coordinator at Hydration Room supporting RN in a fast-paced clinic environment across Mill Valley, Berkeley, Burlingame, and San Francisco. Responsibilities include patient check-in, paperwork verification, scheduling appointments, processing payments, basic administrative/clerical tasks, maintaining supplies, promoting service packages, ensuring confidentiality, and delivering Five Star Customer Service. Requires high school diploma/equivalent and 2+ years in a high-volume customer service setting; 1+ year in high-end hospitality preferred. Clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with at least one weekend shift; must be available at all listed locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality - preferred
