Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator at Hydration Room, part-time role covering Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and Calabasas clinics with on-call shifts. You will partner with and support the RN to deliver high-touch patient service, check in and verify paperwork, schedule appointments, process payments, manage phones, handle clinic supplies, promote service packages, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to a safe, clean clinic environment. Requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and experience in high-volume customer service or hospitality; familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a plus. Availability to work 2-4 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift, across multiple locations within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment
- 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred
