Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator position at The Joint network in Colorado Springs requires greeting patients, managing clinic flow, presenting and selling wellness plans, converting new and returning patients to members, handling appointment scheduling and inquiries, re-engaging inactive members, assisting with marketing and community outreach, maintaining a clean front desk/clinic, and collaborating with chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
- Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Office management or marketing experience is a plus
