Wellness Coordinator (NE)

Supervise assigned Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care and promote wellness while providing direct care services as needed. Support all community policies, programs, and infection control guidelines in conjunction with the Wellness Director. Maintain knowledge of current assisted living, pharmacy, and state/federal regulations. Actively protect resident and staff safety by recognizing, reporting, and taking immediate action to minimize risks. Report incidents according to community policy and laws. Participate in staff meetings, recruitment, hiring, training, evaluations, and coaching. Ensure medication associate training meets regulatory requirements. Maintain valid licenses and certifications as required.
