Wellness Coordinator - Must have caregiving and med tech experience!

Provides direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements; coordinates the care of residents, including disseminating information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers; covers open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene; communicates with other healthcare staff and department personnel; maintains written records and documentation as required to ensure residents' needs are continually met.
