Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise personal care, medication services, staff training, and daily clinical operations for the community under the Wellness Director. Develop systems to monitor resident health conditions and ensure safe care delivery while managing fluctuating resident needs. Prioritize daily tasks to accommodate changing community requirements and maintain strong documentation standards. This role requires an LPN in good standing with three years of experience in assisted living or nursing homes, knowledge of state regulations, and supervisory skills. Valid driver's license and background check clearance are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- LPN in good standing
- Meet all State health requirements
- 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home
- Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in training and staff development
- Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care
- Meet all health requirements
- Pass background checks
- Valid driver's license
