Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise personal care, medication services, staff training, and daily clinical operations under the Wellness Director. Develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and ensure safe care delivery while managing fluctuating community needs. Prioritize daily tasks to accommodate resident requirements and maintain strong documentation standards. Lead staff development initiatives and oversee compliance with state health regulations and local ordinances. Requires a licensed LPN with 3+ years in assisted living or nursing homes, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- LPN in good standing
- Meet all State health requirements
- 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home
- Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in training and staff development
- Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care
- Meet all health requirements
- Pass background checks
- Valid driver's license
