Job Summary
Wellness Coordinator (Inside Sales) at 10X Health System responsible for following up on leads engaging with 10X Health products, converting them into customers, calling cold leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments with Wellness Advisors. You will drive the sales process including closing supplements, blood, and genetic testing orders, manage a CRM-driven pipeline (HubSpot and Salesforce), and document all interactions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to meet outbound call targets (200 per day) with ~2.5 hours of talk time, and the ability to articulate the Precision Wellness model and 10X Health offerings. You will also participate in role-plays, assist in health-testing sales, and support events and ongoing lead nurturing while maintaining compliance with Sales Policies and ensuring up-to-date records. A healthcare/medical focus background and 1-2 years in sales are preferred; GED or high school diploma is required. Ties to Grant Cardone partnership and the company’s pricing/education materials are part of the responsibilities, as is ongoing use of CRM tools to sustain pipeline health and performance targets.
