Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing while maintaining an organized reception area. Coordinate daily operations with the Wellness Manager, assist with inventory for retail products and supplies, and address guest concerns by escalating issues as needed. Stay knowledgeable about all therapies, their benefits, and usage guidelines to share insights that support guest wellness goals and promote the company mission.
