Job Summary
Drive new Whole Body Health Account sign-ups, rebook clients, and upsell services at every touchpoint using a structured checkout process. Actively manage the schedule to maximize booked capacity by conducting outreach via calls, texts, and email to fill open appointments and re-engage clients. Lead tours, handle objections with empathy, and ensure all client documentation is accurate while collaborating with practitioners for smooth daily operations. Meet monthly sales goals and track personal KPIs including conversion rates and bookings. Requires 2+ years in client-facing roles with 1+ year of sales experience; compensation is $18–20/hr DOE plus monthly bonus. Schedule includes openings, mids, and closings with weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a client-facing role (boutique fitness, spa, salon, hospitality, or similar)
- 1+ year of sales or membership sales experience with measurable targets
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Comfortable with outreach, rebooking, and closing sales conversations
- Availability for evenings and at least one weekend day
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Mindbody or similar booking/CRM systems
- Background in membership-based businesses (fitness studios, med spas, wellness clinics)
