Job Summary
Provide support, encouragement, and education to assist members in achieving healthier habits through health and wellness on the Wellness Floor. Ensure safety of all participants and maintain a safe, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. This part-time role requires an opening shift availability from 4:45am to 9:00am with a pay rate of $16.00/hour. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold current CPR PRO and First Aid certifications, which must be completed within the first 90 days of hire. Prior wellness experience is preferred.
