Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the wellness field
- Grade III/IV wellness experience requirements
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyle Principles and Foundations of Strength and Conditioning within 6 months
- CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification within 60 days of hire
- Complete and maintain trainings (NEO, Bloodborne Pathogens, CAP, Sexual Harassment)
- Background checks (criminal and Child Protective Services)
