Wellness Coach Lead Analyst

Job Summary
Build trust with Disney employees and leaders to facilitate culture change across well-being initiatives. Act as a wellness benefit concierge by providing referrals, education, and social support for emotional and physical health needs. Connect members to local community resources, schedule onsite Employee Assistance Program appointments, and assist with telephonic coaching. Proactively engage attendees at worksites, explain program roles, and resolve questions or concerns, including transferring cases as needed. Document all education and referrals in navigation forms while maintaining confidentiality. This 11-17 week temp assignment requires Haitian Creole bilingualism, a bachelor's degree in health education, and local Orlando residency.
Required Qualifications
- Haitian Creole Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, or health related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in workplace health and wellness programming
- Understanding and sensitivity to multi-cultural communities
- Highly sociable and comfortable initiating conversations
- Natural ability to connect with people
- Work independently with little supervision
- Ability to maintain member confidentiality
- Organized, using internal resources to find answers
- Strong team player, capable of accomplishing program goals
- Must reside local for a reasonable daily commute to Orlando, FL
- Be able to accommodate at least one of the below schedules
- Flexible work schedule - Not looking to take any time off during temp assignment
- Experience with direct member communication (written and verbal)
- English Read Write Speak
- Haitian Read Write Speak
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with corporate wellness resources like employee assistance program (EAP)
