Job Summary
Conduct direct service for individuals with serious mental illness by developing and updating Individualized Recovery Plans, performing crisis interventions, and utilizing trauma-informed cognitive behavioral techniques. Create and maintain a wellness-oriented environment through person-centered planning, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based community support services. Coordinate referrals to housing, medical, and social service providers while facilitating weekly team meetings and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Provide administrative supervision of daily tasks under clinical oversight and maintain rotating 24-hour on-call coverage. Engage in outreach to newly enrolled individuals and their support networks to encourage acceptance of mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program
- LSW or LAC required
- Valid driver's license required
- No more than one moving violation in the past twelve months
- Vehicle required
- Minimum of one-year experience working with persons with mental health disabilities preferred
