Wellness Clinic-LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a continuing care retirement community provides resident care under physician orders, participates in assessment, implementation and documentation, and performs triage via telephone and in person. Responsibilities include safe basic nursing care, delegated nursing functions, administration of medications and treatments, ongoing patient assessment, documentation in electronic medical records, and coordination with physicians, residents, families, and the care team. Requires NC LPN license (or compact) and completion of accredited nursing program; duties emphasize compassionate, compliant, and collaborative care within a non-profit long-term care facility.
