Job Summary
Provide guidance, leadership, and service in the Wellness Center and throughout the YMCA facility during assigned hours. Deliver building management and emergency response support while performing physical functions such as squatting, bending, kneeling, and spotting program participants. Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills to present information and respond to inquiries at individual or small group levels. Obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire. Maintain confidentiality and utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to address individual wellness challenges. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a starting pay of $10.17-$12.71 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform physical functions necessary to program instruction, including but not limited to squatting, bending, kneeling, spotting program participants and demonstrating use of Wellness Center equipment.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
