Wellness Center Staff - Days and/or Weekends

Wellness Center Staff supports members’ health and wellbeing goals by connecting them to group programming such as group fitness and personal training, while assisting with day-to-day wellness floor operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and responding to emergencies. The role requires engaging customers, building authentic member relationships, and upholding YMCA policies. Certifications (CPR/AED and First Aid) are required within 30 days of hire, with Foundations of Strength & Conditioning training from The Y. Flexible day and weekend shifts are available; the position is part-time, non-exempt, with compensation of $14.00/hour plus a $2.00 shift incentive for nights (5:00pm-close) and any weekend shift.
