Job Summary
Wellness Insight Manager – Europe responsible for delivering brand insights across consumer, expert, market and competitive areas to support strategic decisions; contribute to brand foundations (purpose, positioning, architecture, brand language) and guide growth opportunities; manage market research projects, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration; translate data into actionable narratives for stakeholders; hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, Poland with Haleon’s wellness portfolio and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Business understanding with experience translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of the wellness category and consumer behavior
- Experience in insights and analytics, including advanced methodologies such as MMM, price elasticity and AI-based approaches
- Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret complex information
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights
- Analytical tools experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting tools)
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
